“Bugs Bunny”
Twenty years ago, Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls made history when they defeated the Phoenix Suns in the NBA Finals to complete the first three-peat in franchise history. Celebrating this great milestone in Michael’s legendary career, the Jordan Brand is bringing back his game shoe from the ’93 championship run — the Air Jordan 8.
Starting things off in April will be the original White/Black-True Red colorway, also referred to as “Bugs” due to the model’s Looney Toons promotional campaign. The shoe features a white leather upper, double “bunny ear” cross-straps and Bulls-flavored black and red accents.
Last released as part of a Countdown Package in 2008, the “Bugs” Air Jordan Retro 8 will return to retail on Saturday April 20,2013
